While working on our site recently I had a flashback to the bad old days when free or at least affordable original images were extremely hard to find.
When I came back to earth I realised that they still are, at least for those who haven't stumbled on Art Gratis yet - Said the green eyed monster :)

All images onsite are free except those in our shop which are priced so low, you may feel embarrassed when purchasing. Apparently, after checkout, many of our clients switch off their device and go to a dark corner and cry. At first we thought it was a joy thing, but it appears to be a reaction to an overwhelming sense of guilt!
By the way, thank you all for your cards and well wishes for Art Gratis. We've just arrived at the office and can barely get in the door, thanks to your letters of support. Wait!
